FastVideoSave takes the opposite approach to most sites in this category. Its public sitemap lists ten URLs total — seven tool pages and three legal pages — in English only, with no translated versions at all. PasteDL runs nine tool pages across 21 languages.
That difference in shape matters less than what each one covers. FastVideoSave reaches outside Instagram in a direction PasteDL does not, and PasteDL covers Instagram formats FastVideoSave has no page for. Here is the split, taken from each site’s own sitemap.

FastVideoSave publishes a dedicated page for pulling the audio track out of a reel and saving it as MP3. PasteDL has no equivalent — our tools save the video file with its audio intact, but we do not produce an audio-only file. If the sound is the thing you want, FastVideoSave covers a case we do not.
FastVideoSave publishes a Facebook downloader. PasteDL covers Instagram and TikTok and stops there, so a Facebook link is outside what we do.
Ten URLs in one language is a genuinely simple site. There is no language switcher to get lost in and no chance of landing on a translated page you cannot read — a fair trade if English is your language and you just want the tool.

That is a deliberate limit: a tool can support a format without publishing a page for it, so "no such page in its sitemap" is what we can verify and is all we claim.
