By accessing PasteDL at pastedl.com or using any of its downloader tools, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have verifiable parental consent) and that you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
PasteDL is a free, browser-based tool that helps you save available renditions of public Instagram and TikTok media that you own or have permission or another lawful authorisation to download. PasteDL does not require a platform login. Links are processed through a media backend, and hosting, CDN, or proxy infrastructure may temporarily cache data or media and retain limited technical logs. The service acts at your direction, is provided on an as-available basis, and specific tools or features may change or be withdrawn at any time.
PasteDL is intended solely for publicly available Instagram and TikTok content that you own or are authorised to download. You must not use it to attempt to access private, follower-only, friends-only, Close Friends, deleted, or otherwise restricted content; obtain material you are not legally entitled to access; circumvent technical protection measures; or violate Instagram's or TikTok's rules. You also agree not to overload, scrape at scale, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its infrastructure, and not to use it for any unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful purpose.
Instagram and TikTok content is owned by creators or their licensors. Use PasteDL only for content you own or have the creator's permission or another lawful authorisation to download. Downloading does not transfer ownership, a licence, or any other right. You are responsible for following the platform's rules, copyright, moral rights, and local law, and for obtaining permission before republishing, editing, distributing, monetising, or otherwise reusing content. Nothing in these terms is legal advice. If you believe content has been used to infringe your rights, contact support@pastedl.com.
PasteDL does not operate a permanent public library or search index of Instagram or TikTok media, but its media backend, CDN, or proxy infrastructure may temporarily cache request data or an available rendition. If you are a rights holder and believe PasteDL has been used to infringe your work, send a formal notice to support@pastedl.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”. Include your contact details, identification of the work, the relevant PasteDL or platform URL, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, and confirmation that you are authorised to act. We acknowledge notices within 72 hours and aim to complete review within 30 days. We can act on data or access within our control; removal of a source post hosted by Instagram or TikTok must also be requested from Meta or ByteDance.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. PasteDL does not guarantee that any specific link will resolve, that downloads will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular quality or format will be available, because availability depends on what Instagram or TikTok makes publicly available at the time of the request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PasteDL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service - including any claim arising from how you use downloaded content. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PasteDL and its operators from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your use of any downloaded content, or your breach of these terms or of any third-party right or applicable law.
PasteDL is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Instagram, TikTok, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only for descriptive identification.
We may revise these terms at any time; the effective date is shown by the Last updated date on this page, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, to the extent permitted by your local mandatory consumer law.
